A device for cleaning tuberous roots has a cenral rotary supporting shaft of a cleaner consisting of two separate pins arranged on a frame. A pin of the lower part of the cleaner rests on a spherical joint in such a manner as to allow swinging movement of the pin in a space as regards to the centre of the sphere together with details, fixed thereon, and on the lower end of the pin a slide of a prismatic shape is arranged. The slide is arranged into a immovable guide frame together with two damping springs on sides of the slide in such a manner as to allow limited straight reciprocating movement of the slide in the horizontal plane.
