A cool and hot storage device of a vehicle is provided to circulate air of high temperature discharged from an outlet of a re-introducing duct to the inside of a vehicle room at the time of engine start, thereby improving the initial heating performance of the vehicle. A cool and hot storage device of a vehicle includes a cool/hot storage unit, a room air duct having inlet/outlet ducts and a re-introducing duct, a thermoelectric module(310) for emitting heat to the room air duct or absorbing heat from the room air duct according to the flow direction of current, a blower fan(700) for blowing room air into the room air duct, and an initial heating unit. The initial heating unit heats air in the room air duct by supplying power to the thermoelectric module, and supplying the heated air into the re-introducing duct for vehicle room heating, if room temperature of the vehicle is lower than set temperature. The initial heating unit has a conversion door(600) for guiding air flow direction, and a controller(900) for controlling the flow direction of the current, the rotation of the conversion door and the driving of the blower fan. |
