An apparatus for improving sintering productivity and a method therefor are provided to improve work efficiency of a sintering process by injecting a mixed material in the sintering process. An apparatus for improving sintering productivity comprises the following steps of: mixing a mixed raw material used for a sintering process with water by using a mixer(S1); mixing dust and sludge generated in a work space by using a high speed stir mixer(S2); forming impurity pellet of constant grain size(S3); injecting the mixed raw material and the impurity pellet into a rerolling drum(S4); and progressing the sintering process by using a surge hopper(S5). |
