A GRAPHITE SERIES HEATING AGENT AND THE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ULTRA-LOW PHOSPHEROUS STEEL USING THE SAME

A graphite-based heating agent and a manufacturing method of ultra-low phosphorous steel using the same are provided to produce the ultra-low phosphorous steel efficiently by decreasing phosphorus inducing cracks in a product. A graphite-based heating agent includes 30 weight% ~ 90weight% graphite, 10weight% ~ 70weight% of a material containing Fe, and impurities. The graphite comprises 70 weight% or more of carbon and 0.10 weight% of phosphorous. The material containing the Fe is an iron scale.
