A holding stand (3) for attachably/detachably holding a portable telephone set (4) is provided with a holding stand main body (10), a signal terminal which is arranged in the holding stand main body (10) and is connected to the portable telephone set (4) in a holding position where the portable telephone set (4) is held, and a connector (CN1) which is fitted on a surface of a printed board (31), is connected to the signal terminal and is connected to the other electronic device. The printed board (31) is held by a base reception part (11) of the holding stand main body (10) so that a connection port faces a back side (EG) of the holding stand main body (10) in a state where the connector (CN1) is held in a lower side, and an end edge part of a front side (ZG) becomes lower than the end edge part of the back side (EG) by an offset amount (FS1). The offset amount (FS1) is set to be smaller than thickness of the connector (CN1).
