The component/circuit has a pattern like layer (2) formed in a continuous process. An uneven local middle surface configuration of a carrier substrate (1) is formed in the region of the component/circuit by the layer. A local middle surface configuration of the carrier substrate is evenly distributed in the region of the component/circuit. Regions (2a-2c) of the carrier substrate are configured with a pattern like auxiliary layer (3). The regions of the carrier substrate and the layer (2) are made of an inorganic or organic material and spaced from the layer (2).
