<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transfer material provided with a protective film excellent in the resistance to foil burrs, wear resistance and following capability to a curved surface of a material to be transferred. <P>SOLUTION: In the transfer material 1 provided with a transfer layer 20 on a base material sheet 11 having releasing property, the protective layer 21 contained in the transfer layer 20 contains a thermal cross-linking reaction product formed from a polymer A, a polyfunctional isocyanate and a colloidal silica particle and produced by heating a protective layer before thermal cross-linking which is formed using a protective layer material prepared by mixing the polymer A having 100-300 g/eq, (meth)acryl equivalent, hydroxide value of 20-500 and weight average molecular weight of 5,000-50,000, and active energy curing resin composition comprising the polyfunctional isocyanate and the colloidal silica particles having free silanol group on the surface of the particle with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
