<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular transmission lubricating structure having simple and inexpensive construction with no movable mechanism for suppressing the bias of lubricating oil in a transmission due to acceleration acting on a vehicle, and avoiding the insufficient lubrication of a lubricated mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular transmission lubricating structure comprises an intermediate wall 3 partitioning a casing 2 into a front chamber 7 and a rear chamber 8, and a cylindrical member 9 passing through the intermediate wall 3 at a position in the vehicle lower than the level of the oil surface of the lubricating oil stored in the casing 2.
