<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top plate for a cooking device capable of providing a touch sensor without providing an insulating film, and having superior visibility for display of a blue LED or the like installed in an interior, a superior light shading property for maintaining good appearance, and superior heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The top plate 10 for a cooking device is arranged on the cooking device, and it is characterized by that it is equipped with a glass substrate 1, a light shading layer 2 provided on one face of the glass substrate 1, having a thickness of 50-190 nm, and comprising Si or Ge, and a protection layer 3 provided on the light shielding layer 2, having a thickness of 50-200 nm, and comprising at least one selected from a group comprising silicon nitride, silicon oxide, titanium oxide, niobium oxide, zirconium oxide, and tantalum oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
