<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source unit for an infrared gas analyzer to efficiently radiate heat coming from an infrared light source from the inside of a measurement cell to the outside thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This light source unit includes a substrate 34, the infrared light source 46 mounted on an inner face of the substrate, a heat conduction sheet 48 put between the substrate and the light source, and a heat radiating body 50 making direct or indirect contact with an outer face of the substrate. The substrate 34 has a through-hole 36 formed therethrough, and metal foil 38, 40, and 42 layered on the inner face, the outer face, and an inner circumferential face of the through-hole, and is mounted on a cell body so as to close a one-end side opening part in the cell body 30 of the measurement cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
