<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VoIP communication device capable of acquiring operation information, trouble information or the like even in a VoIP communication device limited in memory capacity or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The VoIP communication device has a packet communication section for establishing a communication session with a VoIP network by transmitting an RTCP packet to the VoIP network, and a voice communication section for performing voice communication via the established communication session.
