<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach the armrest to be a minimum load on the side frame of the seat back. <P>SOLUTION: The seat back 1 is connected to a side frame 2A constituting the framework of a seat cushion 2 and supported by a reclining apparatus 3 at the lower end of the side frame 1B constituting the framework of its seat back 1. An armrest 4 is mounted on a bracket 5 which is fixed integrally with the side frame 1B. The bracket 5 has a shape having an extending part 5B which extends from the side frame 1B toward the lower part of an attaching part 5A to which the armrest 4 is mounted. By fixing the extending part 5B on the side frame 1B, the fixed position of the bracket 5 for the side frame 1B is nearer to the lower part of the side frame 1B than that of the armrest 4 for the bracket 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
