<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform display in a display size corresponding to a distance from a user. <P>SOLUTION: In a music composition recording and reproducing device which displays information on a display section based on an operation signal from a remote control device, the display size of the information displayed on the display section is changed according to the intensity of the operation signal from the remote control device received by a reception section. More practically, when a voltage value Vd outputted from the reception section is larger than V1 (step S2;YES), the control unit makes the display size of the information displayed on the display section "small" (step S3).
