摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an attenuation force variable damper capable of attaining attenuation force control corresponding to variation of load using an existing upper and lower acceleration sensor or the like. SOLUTION: When sky hook gain setting treatment is started, a sky hook gain setting part 58 calculates a springing acceleration presumption value Gle of a vehicle body 1 by an observer 63 based on a stroke speed Ss inputted from a stroke sensor 14 at step S11 in Fig. 8. Subsequently, after the sky hook gain setting part 58 compares the springing acceleration presumption value Gle with springing speed acceleration detection value Gld inputted from an upper/lower G sensor 13 at step S12, it presumes variation of load of the damper 6 based on the comparison result at step S13. Thereafter, the sky hook gain setting part 58 determines the sky hook gain Gsh corresponding to variation of load of the damper 6 using a map or an operation expression (not shown).
