PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility of an obstacle for a driver while restraining light amount used for illumination. SOLUTION: White light is illuminated by repeating alternate switch among light of which the reflection rate of light from a red part of an obstacle becomes higher than the other color part of the obstacle, light of which the reflection rate of light from a blue part of an obstacle becomes higher than the other color part of the obstacle, and light of which the reflection rate of light from a green part of an obstacle becomes higher than the other color part of the obstacle, therefore, it is possible to improve the visibility of an obstacle including any color of red, blue, or green even when light amount used for illumination is not increased.
