PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of a fine high-speed signal characteristic and a low cost by reducing the attenuation of a high frequency component caused by dielectric loss and resistance loss and the waveform distortion of a digital signal associated with the attenuation in differential wires in an inner layer of a printed board. SOLUTION: When a structure that a dielectric material with a low dielectric constant lower than that of dielectric layers between which a layer including a pair of differential wires is held in a vertical direction is disposed between the differential wires in an inner layer of a printed board is adopted, a forward crosstalk coefficient between the differential wires is made negative and mutual forward crosstalk is superposed to a differential signal to reduce waveform distortions in the rise and fall of a waveform.
