PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect information about a travel track of a vehicle, to perform dangerous traveling decision of the vehicle based on the information, and to provide warning information to the vehicle or a peripheral vehicle. SOLUTION: Track data of the vehicle traveling on a road are collected (S1), a lane and a road section wherein the vehicle travels are specified by use of a road map database storing road section date in each the lane based on the collected track data of the vehicle (S2), it is detected whether a travel direction of the specified lane of the road section and a traveling direction of the vehicle accord or not (S3), it is decided that the vehicle reversely travels when they are opposite directions (S4), and reverse traveling warning information is outputted when the decision of the reverse traveling is performed (S5, S9).
