PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict actions of a user with a simple construction and to broaden the selection possibility of candidates of contents by a user, by providing variation to the selection candidates such as user's action or destination presented to the user. SOLUTION: A car navigation system 10 of the present invention performs an action predicting operation to predict an action of a user based on an action history, an action habit which can be derived from statistics of the action history as a feature of actions, and common sense stored in a common sense data table 12e, depending on the user's preference and attribute. The car navigation system 10 further performs a preference presuming operation to presume a preference regarding the user's selection of the destination based on a tendency of genre selection and an analogic genre analogized based on abstraction property stored in a genre analogizing table 12i, depending on the user's preference and attribute.
