PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking information displaying method and its apparatus for providing detailed parking information in advance to allow a user to sufficiently obtain information related to a parking space before arriving at a destination. SOLUTION: In this parking information displaying method and its device for displaying information of a parking lot present in the vicinity of a designated place, when the display of parking information is requested, parking information of a predetermined parking lot present in the vicinity of a designated place is acquired; whether any time-related parking restriction is present in the parking lot is investigated by referring to the parking information; and, when the parking restriction is present, the place, a map image including the parking lot, a time range indicator graphically showing a time range of the parking restriction, and a text message relating to the parking restriction are displayed on a one-day time table.
