PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate module for suppressing the generation of ring resonance in a module. SOLUTION: Openings 204a and 204b so called as cavities are formed at substrates 20a and 20b in the same way as substrates 10a and 10b. A plurality of concave sections 210a and 210b are formed on side faces of the openings 204a and 204b side.
