PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report a plurality of pieces of disaster information collected from a plurality of terminals to a user in an easy-to-understand manner. SOLUTION: A disaster information display device includes a disaster information collection part 56 which collects a plurality of pieces of composed disaster information from a plurality of terminals; a map formation part 57 which forms a map in which a plurality of icons corresponding to the plurality of pieces of composed disaster information is arranged; and a disaster information output part 59 which displays, when a selection icon is selected from the plurality of icons based on information input from an input device 51, an image shown by the selected composed disaster information corresponding to the selection icon of the plurality of pieces of composed disaster information, on a display divice 53. Each icon of the plurality of icons is arranged in a disaster position shown by the composed disaster information corresponding to the icon concerned of the plurality of composed disaster information.
