PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting frame which can positively drain water such as condensation liquid water to the outside of a sill without leaking the water from a longitudinal edge of a water receiving portion arranged on the sill. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the fitting frame, the sill has the water receiving portion in an inside vertical plate, and a drain channel for draining condensation liquid water pooled in the water receiving portion via the interior of the sill to the outside of a room, and a gap between a longitudinal end face of the sill and a sill connection portion of a jamb is sealed with a sealer 30 in a water tight manner. The sealer 30 has an overhanging sealer 33 overhanging the inside vertical plate, which overhanging sealer 33 functions to block the longitudinal edge of the water receiving portion 20 such that the water does not flow downward.
