A bucket style outdoor swing seat cover is disclosed. This device provides protection for infants/toddlers against the extremely hot surface generated by the sun on the seat, and the inherent germs left behind on the swing seat from previous use by other infants/toddlers. This device is comprised of a low loft batting covered by cloth material on either side of the batting constituting 3 layers of protection, adjustable nylon/VELCRO fasteners and elastic hems to create a more "snug" fit.
