A liquid crystal display improving the aperture ratio of a pixel area is provided to improve the sensitivity of a sensor by classifying reflective light from a backlight and external light. A first switching device is formed in which an area gate line and data line intersect. A plurality of common voltage lines is parallel to the gate line. A second optical sensing device senses the light and is applied about the common voltage of the common voltage line. The storage capacity capacitor stores the common voltage in the common voltage line flowing through a second optical sensing device. The first switching element includes a first gate electrode(110), a first source electrode(114), and a first drain electrode(116) connected to the pixel electrode through a first contact hole and a semiconductor layer(112). The semiconductor layer forms the channel on the first source electrode and the first drain between electrode. |
