Seasoned and roasted laver containing garlic powder and a preparation method thereof are provided to improve the taste and nutritional value by mixing garlic sauce and nutty taste providing oil in a constant ratio and spreading the mixture on dried laver. A method for preparing roasted and seasoned laver containing garlic powder comprises the following steps of: spreading garlic sauce on one side or both sides of dried laver(S110); and roasting the laver(S120). The garlic sauce consists of 100 parts of nutty taste providing oil, 70-100 parts of garlic powder, 20-60 parts of salt powder and 180-230 parts of auxiliary material oil. The nutty taste providing oil consists of sesame oil and/or perilla oil. The auxiliary material oil contains bean oil, sunflower oil, grape seed oil and/or olive oil. The garlic sauce additionally contains 20-100 parts of red pepper seed oil on a basis of 100 parts of the nutty taste providing oil. The mixing ratio of the sesame oil and perilla oil is 10-90 : 90-10 by weight. |
