<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively suppress a power loss, with respect to radio communication equipment including an antenna for radio communications, and an antenna installation method. <P>SOLUTION: Paired antennas are installed at positions that face each other with a metal material object therebetween, and the paired antennas are installed to cancel eddy currents generated by the antennas, respectively, in the metal material each other. Thus, when an electromagnetic wave is to be transmitted and received and currents are caused to flow to the paired antennas, respectively, the eddy currents to be generated in the metal material object by the currents are canceled each other and the eddy currents are suppressed from being generated in the metal material object.
