<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guiding structure where a plurality of LEDs can be mounted on at high density and which has excellent impact resistance, and to provide a mobile terminal equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: A light guiding structure comprises a plurality of LED 101 arranged in a predetermined pattern; a housing 102 where a plurality of openings 102a are formed in the same arrangement patterns corresponding to the plurality of LEDs 101; and a light guiding member 103 which is arranged between the LED 101 and the housing 102 and leads light emitted from each LED 101 only to the corresponding opening 102a, wherein light emitted from each LED 101 is led from the corresponding opening 102a to the outside of the housing 102. On the light leading member 103, a plurality of through-holes 1301a are formed in the same arrangement patterns as that of LED 101. An opaque elastic sheet 1031 corresponding to the LED 101, and a translucent sheet 1032 having translucency and facing the housing 102 are formed in a superimposed manner.
