<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle diagnosis control device capable of diagnosing at a plurality of engine operating points and extending a diagnostic region. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle is equipped with an internal combustion engine 1 and a rotary electric machine 5 as its power sources to drive wheels by driving force of the internal combustion engine 1 and/or rotary electric machine 5. The vehicle diagnosis control device 700 diagnoses the vehicle while controlling the vehicle. The diagnosis control device 700 makes the transition of the operating point to a plurality of diagnostic operating points to diagnose a catalyst and a rear O2 sensor. Besides, the diagnosis control device 700 compensates excessive or deficient driving force resulting from the transition of the operating point of the internal combustion engine 1 by performing a regenerative operation or a power running operation of the electric machine 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
