<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object detection device for highly accurately detecting an object in object detection using a radar. <P>SOLUTION: The object detection device 1 includes: a radar detection means 2 for detecting the position of the object; a threshold setting means 3 for setting a grouping threshold in response to distance resolution of the radar detection means 2 in positions of each detection point detected with the radar detection means 2; a grouping means 3 for grouping each detection point detected with the radar detection means 2 based on a threshold set with the threshold setting means 3; and an object detection means 3 for detecting the object by using the detection point of groups grouped with the grouping means 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
