<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly vehicle side ETC system surely specifying a vehicle mounting the system. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic vehicle inspection sticker 2 with an RFID tag 13 storing vehicle inspection information as electronic data is attached to a windshield 21 of a vehicle 1. A mobile phone 3 is provided with a communication part for communicating with the RFID tag 13, DSRC antenna 4 (ETC road unit) and an electronic money function. The mobile phone 3 is arranged near the electronic vehicle inspection sticker 2, and configured to read vehicle data stored in the RFID tag, and to receive charge information equivalent to the toll of a payroad to be transmitted from the road unit side, and to, when the charge is settled by the electronic money function, transmit the payment information for the toll to the road unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
