PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding machine with a pinhole inspection function, which can safely and securely inspect pinholes in all bottles which are blow-molded. SOLUTION: In the vicinity of the outlet of a blow molding part 110, a pinhole inspection part 120 is integrated into the blow molding part 110. The pinhole inspection part 120 is composed of various wheels 21, 22, 23, 24, and, in the pinhole inspection wheel 23, a gas for pinhole inspection is fed from an air jetting machine 10 with a pressure head to bottles whose neck parts are held by a plurality of bottle holding means such as grippers 2 arranged at equal intervals, and the bottles are subjected to pinhole inspection.
