PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rib material which is highly minute and has uniform height. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a connection structure 100 includes a process of pasting a light-sensitive adhesive film 20 on a first plate-shaped member 10, a process of forming the rib material 22 on the first plate-shaped member 10 by performing exposure and development on the light-sensitive adhesive film 20 pasted on the first plate-shaped member 10, and a process of gluing the second plate-shaped member 12 and the rib material 22 via the rib material 22 so as to face each other between the first plate-shaped member 10 and the second plate-shaped member 12. The method for manufacturing the connection structure includes the rib material 22, and the first plate-shaped member 10 and the second plate-shaped member 12 connected to each other via the rib material 22.
