PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of simultaneously performing the sharing of useful information and the hiding of information needing management. SOLUTION: An operation processor 100 includes: a collation-authentication means 110 for generating a key file with respect to resources and authenticating resources and the key file in restoring them; an editing means 120 of the key file, which sets ON/OFF of replacement of the key file created for each purpose with special characters every information; and a display means 130 for performing work to replace information needing management with special signs and work to restore information by importing a content of the key file.
