PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of shift of the turning center of a reflection plate with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the optical scanner comprises: a frame 21; a reflection plate 22 arranged inside the frame 21; a pair of connecting parts 23 and 24 which extend inward from the positions opposing to each other on the inner edge of the frame 21 and connect the inner edge of the frame and the outer edge of the reflection plate 22, respectively, and have flexibility in torsional direction; wherein the connection parts 23 and 24 are torsionally deformed by external force applied on one end side of the reflection plate 22 to turn the reflection plate 22, a contact regulation body 30 is provided which is fixed on the frame 21, made contact to the part on the line connecting the connection parts 23 and 24 on one face 22b side of the reflection plate 22 and regulates the movement of the reflection plate 22 to the one face 22b side.
