PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform display device capable of smoothly adjusting a display waveform in both cases of roughly moving the position to place it on a grid and of finely moving the position. SOLUTION: The waveform display device comprises an AMP receiving a signal of display waveform and an offset D/A converter to add an offset voltage to the AMP by rotating a rotary encoder, moves the display waveform, and includes a memory storing the relation between the rotating speed of the rotary encoder and the moving speed or moving unit of the display waveform and a control section recognizing the rotating speed of the rotary encoder and setting an offset voltage outputting to the offset D/A converter based on the relation between the rotating speed of the rotary encoder and the moving speed or moving unit of the display waveform stored in the memory.
