PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor terminal component capable of easily applying square caulking with good appearance, demounting a cover without breaking and stripping the caulking, and being easy in its maintenance check and replacement. SOLUTION: This outdoor terminal component mounted on an outdoor opening end of a ventilation duct 1 opened in a state of facing an outer wall of a house for preventing intrusion of the wind and rain from the outdoor opening end, is composed of a pipe guide 6 connected with the outdoor opening end of the ventilation duct 1 and the detachable cover 3 covering an outdoor side of a base 2 having a square-shaped back board 4 with a hole along an outer wall surface, like a hood, the hole of the back board 4 is surrounded by a projecting portion 7 butted to the outdoor-side wall surface 13, a series of U-shaped grooves 15 opened along the outdoor-side wall surface 13 are formed by a back face of an outer periphery of the back board 4, the outdoor-side wall surface 13 and the projecting portion 7, and the grooves 15 are filled with a caulking material 8.
