PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To nullify the occurrence of a defective part of a corrugated cardboard web in changing a lot different in width dimension and ruling of a manufactured corrugated cardboard sheet. SOLUTION: A measuring roll 4 detecting the transfer length of the corrugated cardboard web A delivered from a corrugator 1, and a rotary shear 5 separating the corrugated cardboard web A into a present lot tail end and a following lot tip, are provided upstream of a slitter scorer 2, and a separating position is set to correspond to the rear end position of a final corrugated cardboard sheet B of the present lot. Between the rotary shear 5 and the slitter scorer 2, the speed of the separated present lot tail end side is increased to open a space between the present lot tail end and the following lot tip, and its use is switched while the separated space part passes through the slitter scorer 2. The inlet side of a rotary cutter 3 is provided with a speed detecting means for detecting the feed speed of the corrugated cardboard web A, and a tip detecting sensor 7 for detecting the following lot tip. The remaining cutting of the present lot tail end side is performed based on the output of the speed detecting means, and one first cutting of the following lot tip side is performed based on the output of the tip detecting sensor 7.
