PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving the wettability of powder, which exhibits poor wettability to a solvent, and dispersing the wettability-improved powder easily in the solvent in a process for dispersing the wettability-poor powder in the solvent. SOLUTION: In a method for dispersing the powder, which exhibits poor wettability to the solvent, uniformly in the solvent, the interfacial tension is lowered by an electrocapillary phenomenon of the wettability-poor powder and the interfacial tension-lowered powder is dispersed in the solvent.
