PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide furniture with top board including a top board supported by a leg member and turnable between a position in use and a storage position and a biasing mechanism which biases the top board to the storage position, wherein the occurrence of such troubles that the biasing mechanism gets outer impact and damaged when the furniture with top board is stored and foreign matter is caught in the movement locus of coil springs comprising the biasing mechanism to disable the top board to move to the position in use or the like. SOLUTION: A table that is furniture with top board includes a leg member 1, a top board 2 supported with the leg member 1 and turnable between a position in use U and a storage position S, and a biasing mechanism 3 which biases the top board 2 to the storage position S, wherein the biasing mechanism 3 includes a coil spring 31 which makes the leg member 1 support a fixed end part 312 and makes the top board 2 support a free end 313 and is structured so that the coil spring 31 can be stored in the space partitioned by a depression 1x attached to the leg member 1 and the top board 2 when the top board 2 moves to the storage position S.
