PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage en block cleaning histories of a plurality of models of cleaning devices at a low cost. SOLUTION: A history management system is provided with the cleaning devices 13a to 13c different in model and detects the position of an endoscope 11 on the basis of the result of reception of radio waves sent from the endoscope tag 16 of the endoscope 11 by tag readers 12a to 12c. The history management system specifies the cleaning device into which the endoscope 11 is put and judges an acquisition method for acquiring cleaning history of the specified cleaning device. A management server 10 acquires the cleaning history of the cleaning device 13a on the basis of a water level sensing signal sent from the water level sensing sensor 22 of the cleaning device 13a through a device tag 20. The management server 10 acquires the cleaning history of the cleaning device 13b on the basis of communication condition between the endoscope 11 set in the cleaning device 13b and the tag readers 12a to 12c. The management server 10 acquires the cleaning history from the cleaning device 13c through a LAN 14.
