PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further increase dust removing effect by improving a known cyclone scrubber and forming dense water mist in a wide range. SOLUTION: A mist room 4 is provided upstream of a dust collection cyclone 1, and a rotary water tank 14 is set therein. The rotary water tank is mounted on an upper end of a rotary shaft 12, and rotated by a motor 8. A lot of through-holes 14a are drilled on the sidewall of the rotary water tank 14. The through-holes are to be essentially distributed in the vertical direction. By pouring water from a water feed pipe 10 into the rotary water tank 14, water is splashed by centrifugal force, forming dense mist in the region having thickness in the vertical direction.
