摘要 A system and a method for evaluating a fuel cell for generating electricity are provided to simulate power system interconnection by using software like RTDS, EMTP-RV, and MATLAB. A simulation test device(100) produces a voltage of a power system including a fuel cell for generating electricity, a size of a current, a voltage of the simulation system, and a current ratio and a voltage ratio according to the size of the current. A protective relay is installed inside the power system and protects the power system when the power system is trouble. A power amplifier(200) amplifies the size of the voltage and current of a simulation system according to the voltage ratio and the current ratio obtained in the simulation test device and matches the voltage and current of the power system. A defect recording device(400) is connected to the protective relay and the simulation test device and records the operation contents of the protective relay, and the electrical phenomenon of the voltage and current when the power system is trouble.
