ANTI BACTERIA PAPER FOIL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PAPER FOIL

Non-toxic paper foil having antibacterial and biodegradation properties and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to take in food without toxic metal components or environment hormone. Non-toxic paper foil having antibacterial and biodegradation properties is made of natural pulp paper. The foil is produced by dipping and drying the natural pulp paper in an aqueous solution of chitosan, silver nano particles, acetic acid, an emulsifier, and methyl phenyl silicone oil(S102-S108). The aqueous solution includes the chitosan of 0.1 - 3 parts by weight, the nanosilver particle of 0.1 - 3 parts by weight, the acetic acid of 0.1 - 2 parts by weight, the emulsifier of 0.3 - 4 parts by weight, and the methyl phenyl silicone oil of 15 - 40 parts by weight.
