<p>Provided is an authentication system which can effectively perform authentication of a message by using a small calculation amount. The authentication system includes a signature generation device having a communication unit which supplies a public key PKs to a signature verification device and acquires from the signature verification device, a public key PKv generated by subjecting a public key g to a group calculation by using a secret key SKv. A shared key generation unit generates a shared key Ksv by subjecting the public key PKv to a group calculation by using the secret key SKs. The signature generation unit generates an authenticator s from a message Mg by using the shared key Ksv to make the authenticator s to be signature data.</p> |
