The light-emitting component arrangement (10) comprises multiple light-emitting components with an epitaxially growing layer sequence (12), which has an active layer for producing light and a main radiation surface (12a). An auxiliary support element, which is arranged on the opposite surface, and comprises a matrix material (14), in which multiple contact holes filled with an electrically conducting material are arranged, which contacts the multiple contact elements (15,16). The contact holes have materials, such as copper, tungsten, aluminum or polysilicon. An independent claim is included for a method for producing a light-emitting component arrangement.
