A gas emission calculation method for a desalination system is provided to estimate the amount of gas generation, which varies according to various factors, and reflect the estimation result to a vacuum system for keeping the optimal pressure of an evaporator. A gas emission calculation method for a desalination system includes the steps of calculating volumes for respective exhaust points where exhaust gas is generated(S200), calculating the amount of air leaked from the respective exhaust points according to the calculated volumes(S210), setting an estimation amount of leaked vapor which is not condensed at the respective exhaust points(S220), calculating the amount of carbon dioxide generated at the respective exhaust points(S230), and calculating an exhaust gas amount by adding the calculated air leakage amount, the calculated carbon dioxide amount, and the set estimation amount of leaked vapor per kind(S240). |
