The invention relates to medicine, namely to pharmacology, in particular to novel bioactive chemical compounds, which can be used to prepare medicines of the antioxidant,and immunopotentiating activity.1,2,4-Triazole-3-ylthioacetic acid derivatives of the general formula,wherein R - hydrogen, methyl, phenyl, 2-pyridyl, 3-pyridyl, 4-pyridyl, 2-furyl;R- methyl, phenyl, 2-methylphenyl, 3-methylphenyl, 2- methoxyphenyl;X - ammoniac, methylamine, dimethylamine, diethylamine, tributylamine, monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, diethyl ethanol amine, piperidine, morpholine; moreover, if R - hydrogen, and R- methyl, then the X - tributylamine or morpholine;if R - hydrogen, and R- phenyl, then X - ammoniac;if R - methyl, then R- 2-methoxyphenyl, but X–ammoniac, or diethylamine, or diethanolamine;if R - phenyl, then R- 2-methoxyphenyl, but X - diethylamine;if R - 2-pyridyl, then R1 - phenyl, but X–ammoniac, or diethylamine, or monoethanolamine, or piperidine or morpholine;if R - 3-pyridyl, then R- phenyl, but the X–diethylamine, or monoethanolamine, or piperidine, or morpholine;if R - 4-pyridyl, then R- 2-methoxyphenyl, but X - ammoniac or tributylamine;if R - 2-furyl, and R- methyl, then X - piperidine or morpholine;if R - 2-furyl, and R- phenyl, then X–monoethanolamine, or diethyl ethanol amine, or piperidine, or morpholine;if R - 2-furyl, and R- 2-methylphenyl, then X–dimethylamine, or diethyl ethanol amine or piperidine, or morpholine;if R - 2-furyl, and R- 3-methylphenyl, then X–methylamine, or diethylamine, or piperidine, or morpholine, exhibiting the antioxidant, hepatoprotective and immunopotentiating activity at law toxicity.The technical result is in the intensification of the protein and carbohydrate metabolism, which results in the stimulation by erythropoietic and leukopoieticfunctions with increase of the hemoglobin level. |
