<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid ododispersible pharmaceutical form for orally administrating agomelatine. <P>SOLUTION: An orodispersible solid pharmaceutical composition comprising agomelatine, is characterized by containing agometatine together with granules consisting of co-dried lactose and starch. The composition can orally be administrated in the form of an immediate-release tablet swallowable with a half volume of a glass of water, and is further used for treating depression, sleep disorders and all the pathologies associated with deregulation of circadian rhythms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
