<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high resolution of an input image signal suitably with a small number of frames. <P>SOLUTION: One image frame is generated by entering n (n is an integer of 2 or more) image frames, estimating a sampling phase difference by using image data on the input image frame becoming a reference and each corresponding image data on the other input image frame, accumulating information of the sampling phase difference based on the motion track of image data on the input image frame becoming the reference, holding image data on the input image frame at an accumulation start point which corresponds to image data on the input image frame becoming the reference, and compounding image data on the input image frame becoming the reference and image data on the input image frame at the accumulation start point by using the accumulated information of sampling phase difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
