<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor that can detect hydrogen, alcohol or the like and be made thin. <P>SOLUTION: This sensor comprises a laminated polyelectrolyte film (prepared by alternate lamination of polycation and polyelectrolyte) having ion conductivity, an electrically conductive film disposed so as to come into contact with one principal surface of this laminated polyelectrolyte film, a catalyst electrode formed of a platinum layer (prepared by alternate lamination of polycation and platinum particles), and a reference electrode formed of an iron oxide layer and indium-tin oxide film that are disposed so as to come into contact with the other principal surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
